Smart guided tours, in the factory and across the territory.
TheAppTour is the tablet app that turns every guided visit into an interactive experience. AI avatars trained on your documents — manuals, technical sheets, procedures, historical and tourist material — guide visitors, explain machinery, processes and places, and answer questions in real time and in several languages.
What the tour does
Conversational AI avatar
An AI avatar welcomes visitors, presents each stop and answers questions in real time, in several languages.
Knowledge from your documents
Trained on your manuals, technical sheets and procedures, or on historical and tourist material, the avatar answers with the information of your company or your territory.
Stops with rich media
Each stop on the route can show images, videos and information cards, to explain machinery, processes and places right where they are.
Multilingual visits
The route and the answers adapt to the visitor's language, so one tour serves groups from different countries.
Tablet, even on the move
It runs on a tablet that the guide or the visitor carries along the whole route, indoors or outdoors.
Content managed from the platform
Stops, texts and materials are updated from the platform, with no technical work on the tablet.
Where it takes visitors
Company visits and open days
Take clients, students and families through the plant while the avatar explains lines, machinery and processes.
Onboarding and training
New hires get to know departments, procedures and safety rules before they reach the production floor.
Tours for clients and suppliers
Present your work to clients and partners with a route that is repeatable and always up to date.
Cultural and tourist routes
Museums, industrial sites and local itineraries become guided visits that answer questions on the spot.
Supported devices
Tablet
The device that accompanies visitors along the route, in the factory, in a museum or across the territory.
